Local supermarkets all having sale on prime rib roasts... so invited some friends over for this 6 lbs of triple-A goodness.

Air-drying and seasoning it a bit overnight for a better crust, then it’s in for a low and slow roast tomorrow.

I just tossed a Sirloin Tip roast into the Crock Pot for tomorrow. I missed the special on Rib Roast this week.

I’m hunting the next two weekends so hopefully I’ll have some Turkey and Deer to fill the deep freeze. I’m already salivating.

Well more like a promo free sample when it was launched. That happens a lot around my train station. I once got TWO cans of tall boy Strongbows.
